Birthdays, Weddings, Seminars, Meetings, should you not see the menu required, simply ask, we will tailor a menu to facilitate your event. There will be seasonal menus for the races, for Christmas and other festive times. Qualified staff, hired goods and any other requirements to make your event a success.

EVENT MANAGEMENT

Our food is presented on china platters, caneware, timber tray, objet d’art, whatever we deem appropriate, interesting or complimentary for our dishes.

Beyond this we can organise the table settings, guide you towards a marquee, talk about the table settings, the flowers, help you find an appropriate venue.

STAFF

Warm, friendly, but still professional is the expectation we have of our staff.

Staff are available for a minimum three hour period. Rates vary over the course of the week. Travel time may be charged for staff to out of town events.

DELIVERY

Catering delivery charges begin at $50.00, including platter collections.

CONDITIONS

Menu selection is required a week prior your event.

Final guest numbers are required minimum 48 hours prior your event, however should they increase beyond this time, it would be preferable that you inform us. Regrettably we cannot take a reduction in guest numbers beyond the 48 hour mark, due to preparation and purchasing.

Events quoted in excess of $500.00 are required to be confirmed with a 50% deposit, payable one week prior your event.

In the case of cancellation 48 hours notice is required for 50% deposit refund, events cancelled beyond this will unfortunately forfeit entire deposit.
